திருக்குறள் அள்ளக் குறையாத ஒரு புதையல் என்று சொன்னால் மிகையல்ல.
ஏதாவது ஒரு சர்தப்பத்தில் ஏதாவது ஒரு குறள் மனதில் பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தி விட்டு, சிந்தனையை தூண்டிவிடும். இக்குறள் போலவே.
